POLICIES AND GUIDELINES

    For all appointments, consultations, installs and follow up visits, come alone. We try to provide a professional relaxing environment for all clients and would appreciate the same in return. Be on time for all appointments. Arriving 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time will result in rescheduling.

DEPOSIT

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment time. This allows us to cover our time in the event you cancel your appointment; however, we can reschedule your appointment. We cannot guarantee your booking without this deposit.

CANCELLATIONS

We ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered a no show.

NO SHOW POLICY

Please be courteous and cancel if you change your mind. DEPOSIT WILL BE KEPT and there will be a $20 no show fee charged on your next visit to compensate your stylist for lost revenue.
